Quality control and consumer satisfaction is our main focus in remaining in business with our partners. All components are purchased from the original factory or agent regular channels to ensure the original genuine products.

After you receive the goods, please accept the goods in time, the quantity, model and quality of the goods have objections, should be put in writing within 30 days from the date of receipt, the late will not be accepted. We have a quick response system for you.

 

After-sales service is not accepted:

1.The original packaging and goods label of the product are damaged and missing.

2.Products that have been used/ tested on the machine.

3. Non-product performance problems, receipt time more than 1 month.

4. Product quality problems, receipt time more than 3 months. (Subject to the date of receipt by express delivery)

5. Wrong order caused by the user's own reasons.
